Building the go-to-market plan and the product strategy for Amphinicy

When Amphinicy Technologies prepared to scale their innovative satellite software, they faced a common challenge among deep-tech companies: they weren’t certain about how to take their product to market, create a strong offer and identify the target segments to go after.

Over the course of a four-month collaboration, we partnered with Amphinicy’s leadership and engineering teams to build their go-to-market approach and create a data-driven product vision. Through market and competitive analysis, customer discovery and product strategy sessions, we defined the key market opportunities, refined the value proposition, and validated use cases with potential customers.

This work was instrumental in advancing Amphinicy's product from a prototype to the next stage of development and productization.

Shaping Exobiosphere’s product and commercial strategy from concept to seed stage

Exobiosphere is pioneering the future of pharmaceutical research by leveraging microgravity for advanced disease modeling and drug discovery. After their selection in the Fit4Start accelerator in Luxembourg, we engaged in a six-month collaboration with Exobiosphere’s CEO, Chief Scientist, and Marketing Manager to help shape and validate their vision.

We guided the team through every stage of early product development and validation, including customer discovery, target market identification, competitive analysis, value proposition and product positioning, product roadmap refinement, and financial modelling.

This work laid the foundation for a go-to-market strategy that balances the company’s long-term space ambitions with near-term commercial opportunities. We supported them in their successful €2 million seed funding raise.

Driving digital transformation through hands-on, expert trainings with the Digital Learning Hub and WIDE

The Digital Learning Hub in Luxembourg provides companies and individuals with the skills needed for a rapidly evolving digital economy, in collaboration with WIDE, a social enterprise active in the field of gender equality and digital entrepreneurship.

To date, we have delivered over 20 workshops and training sessions focused on product management, product development and design thinking and digital transformation to over 400 professionals in Luxembourg.

Through these hands-on, expert-led workshops, we ensure that employees and professionals from all backgrounds are trained and proficient in the digital skills required to thrive in the workplace.

Guiding founders from idea to launch with the Product Catalyst™ online community

Many entrepreneurs and first-time founders struggle to turn their idea into a tangible product to experiment with and test in the market.

With the Product Catalyst course, we guide founders from initial concept to first market validation and launch. Participants move through key stages: identifying a target customer, refining their value proposition, building and launching an MVP (such as a landing page or other minimal solution), and validating their idea with real users.

The program leverages the power of peer mentoring, helping founders setup goals, build accountability mechanisms and establish effective delivery processes.

Five projects have been launched through the course, spanning three continents (Europe, Asia, and Australia) and five countries, in industries such as Edtech, HR tech, fintech, and AI-powered data analytics.
